1. Returns & Exchanges 🔄

a) Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Custom-made or personalised items
🚫 Items purchased on clearance or during sale events
🚫 Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

b) How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@inspiredbypinkcity.com with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ The reason for the return
✔️ Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy 💰

a) When Will I Receive My Refund?

✔️ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
✔️ If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
✔️ Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

b) Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted for:
✔️ Items returned in a non-original condition (damaged packaging, minor use)
✔️ Late returns that exceed the 7-day return window

3. Damaged or Defective Items 🚛💔

We take extra care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔️ Order number
✔️ Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations 🚫

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Exchanges 🔄

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
